Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservation Cancellation and Refund Entitlement

● Planned Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before your

scheduled transfer time, you will receive a full refund (100%) of the amount you paid.

● Late Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled

transfer time, a refund cannot be issued due to operational costs and planning

considerations. We appreciate your understanding.

● Service Failure: In the rare event that we are unable to provide the transfer service (due

to vehicle breakdown, driver issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund (100%)

unconditionally, or we will arrange an alternative vehicle of the same standard at your

request.

● Flight Delays: If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. We track all

flights and will wait for you at no extra charge.

Once your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within a

maximum of 14 business days.

● The refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)

used for the reservation.

● Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary

depending on your bank's processing times.

Disclaimer of Liability

● FirstClassTransferAntalya assumes full operational responsibility for all reservations

made through our website. However, our company cannot be held liable for disruptions to

transfer services caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (e.g., natural

disasters, public events, unexpected traffic congestion, etc.). In such situations, we will do

our best to provide the service as smoothly as possible.

● The customer is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided during the

reservation process (date, time, number of passengers, flight number, etc.). No refund will

be issued, and FirstClassTransferAntalya will not be held responsible for any problems

arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
